After the first successful “CupOfTeaTogether / Repertoire Class” dedicated to Franz Schubert with Sasha Savaloni, we have planned four new lessons focused on four great composers who have written music for our beloved six strings. Discussions are open to all and will be held on Zoom.

We will start next Tuesday at 4pm (Dublin time) with one hour with the great Andrea De Vitis who will talk about Alexandre Tansman. Andrea recently recorded two CDs completely dedicated to the Polish composer, with the complete compositions for solo guitar (Naxos). If you want to participate, write an email to marco.ramelli@tudublin.ie.

The event is curated by Marco Ramelli and Eoin Flood as a collaboration between TU Dublin Conservatoire, Festival Corde d’Autunno and Dublin Guitar Symposium. “Conversations with renowned guitarists and researchers dedicated to the stories and music of important composers in the history of the guitar”
